Alo’s Barroom is inspired by the relaxed elegance of the world’s great hotel bars. It offers a concise sharing-style, à la carte menu that is adapted from the Dining Room's nightly offerings. Raw seafood items, meat-based entrées, vegetable-focused sides and desserts complement the bar's classically-influenced cocktails and fine wines.
Our cocktail program takes its inspiration from time-honoured recipes. Martinis and Sidecars, Manhattans and Stingers: these are the forms we pour updated flavours and spirits into.
