Alo is a contemporary French restaurant and cocktail bar located atop a heritage building in downtown Toronto. We celebrate the finest in seasonal ingredients paired with genuine hospitality. Our dining room offers blind, multi-course tasting menus, which our sommeliers complement with distinctive wines from both familiar and little-known regions and producers.

Our barroom, which accepts walk-ins, features classically-inspired cocktails and a sharing-style, à la carte menu consisting of raw seafood, meat-based entrées, vegetable-focused sides and desserts. We accept a few reservations in our barroom each evening.

Bookings for alo’s dining room open two months at a time and can only be made through www.exploretock.com. We offer two distinct dining experiences, the Dining Room and the Kitchen Counter, which are respectively priced at $145 and $165, with the option of adding wine pairings. Bookings for January and February open on Tuesday, December 3rd at 10am EST.

Alo is typically available for private functions on Sundays and Mondays, as these are our usual days of closure. The space can accommodate up to 40 guests for a seated dinner, structured as a multi-course tasting menu. For more information, please contact us at events@alorestaurant.com.
